Centuries ago, drilling is only a core for survival to get water supplies, now drilling is one of the main actions in building great infrastructure whether its high rise or deep excavation projects. Modern drilling done so easily since core bit drills were invented and studied to be more efficient when in used.

The Core Bit Drill

There are certain techniques when using diamond core bit drill which also affects the core bit drill performance. Guidelines and safety precautions are being followed to ensure that the drilling project is safe and effective as well as hassle free and may help lengthen the life span of core bit drill. Always remember to wear safety gadgets for precautions such as safety glasses, proper footwear, safety suit, earplug as well as helmet for protection. In some cases, respiratory equipment may also need.

Techniques in using core bit drills

1. Always secure the core bit drill to the surface of the area to work with. Make sure that there is no movement when the drilling started and let the core bit drill do the work.
2. Be sure to prepare Water. Water acts as a lubricant and a flusher to ensure cutting residue
3. Always apply proper amount of force to the core bit drill when drilling. Don’t force the core bit drill and the entire circumference of the core bit should penetrate the drilling surface before additional pressure is applied to the core bit drill handle.
4. Avoid stopping of the water flow or even the rotation of the core bit if it is still in the hole.
5. When the drilling rate or process is decreasing, check the core bit. Slow penetration rate of the core bit means it needs to be check and recognition.
