What is the Ideal Diamond Core Bit

By adrix merkado · On 11:15 pm

Core bits are designed with a high diamond concentration for superior cutting performance, enhanced productivity, and longevity. Because of its hollow center, core bits can easily bore a circle in any aggregate material to create a hole. The result is a hole the size of the drill and a smaller “core” coming from the center. The core holds the material in place, allowing the diamond core bit to cut a clean hole all throughout the material.

Best Diamond Blade

Gila Tools offers you premium quality diamond core bits for core drilling thin to thick applications of concrete, cured concrete, masonry, stones, tiles, and the like. Using only the top quality diamonds, our core bits are designed to deliver extremely fast cutting actions over a long period of time. Our diamond core bits come laser welded, allowing the diamond tool to hold up even under extreme heat and cutting pressure. The special barrel vents our core bits are equipped with increase airflow to dissipate heat and cool the core bit. These barrel vents in the core bits also allow the easy removal of debris, resulting to a clean, smooth, and seamless cut from top to bottom.
